- Sex & Cell Phones: Protect Your Children
Sex and Cell Phones: Protect Your Children is a new product that is now available from the Religious Alliance Against Pornography (RAAP) to raise parents’ consciousness of the serious danger to their children from the easy availability of Internet pornography on cell phones. A video and pamphlet are both available. RAAP is an ecumenical and interfaith organization which has several Catholic board members including Cardinal William Keeler. Information is available on their site at: www.nationalcoalition.org The booklets are available for purchase at a cost of .60 each. Both English and Spanish copies are available on line in pdf form at: http://www.icarecoalition.org/sexandcellphonesprot.asp The pamphlets contain useful information, a Safe Use Agreement for parents and teens to sign, and information on parental controls available from 5 major wireless providers.
